Dr. Glenn O'Neil, Ph.D.

Glenn O’Neil is an evaluation expert, consultant and a trainer. He specialises mostly in the communications, advocacy, humanitarian and development fields. Working in English and French, his experience has included onsite visits to more than 50 countries worldwide for some 100 evaluations/assessments. Recent clients have included MSF, CERN, the Scout Movement, the World Bank, UNAIDS, VSO, WIPO, Oxfam, EU agencies, OCHA, NRC, Nestlé, IFRC and the ICRC. He is a co-author of the Intelligent Measurement Blog (https://intelligentmeasurement.net) and co-founder of the Geneva Communicators Network, a platform for over 1000 communication professionals.

 

Glenn is a facilitator, lecturer and trainer on evaluation, communication and media and have run training courses for UN agencies, evaluation societies and NGOs. At TRAASS International Glenn is a trainer of the courses on Effective and Creative Evaluation Report Writing and on How to be a Successful Evaluation Consultant.

 

Glenn has a PhD in social research and methodology from the London School of Economics, an Executive Masters in Communications Management from the University of Lugano, Switzerland and a Bachelor of Arts (social science) with honours from La Trobe University, Australia.
