Hugues is a Nurse and a Public Health professional with specialisation in Evaluation and Health Promotion. Currently working as an emergency nurse, he has extensive experience of working with the world-leading NGOs and managing the monitoring and evaluation aspects of humanitarian projects.

 

Hugues holds a Master of Public Health degree obtained at the University of Laval, Canada. His experience includes Health Promoter roles during emergency missions as a part of the Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) team in Haiti (Cholera), Kenya (Nutrition), Cameroun (Measles), Guinea (Ebola) and Central African Republic (Civil War) as Liaison Officer.

 

Hugues has also worked as an Evaluation Manager for the MSF Evaluation Unit in Vienna and as an external evaluator for Malteser International in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

 

Hugues’ first language is French. He also speaks fluent English, basic Italian and Spanish.
